An exhibition at the Micropol2017 Conference is an excellent opportunity to reach the targeted audience of policymakers, operational experts, researchers, scientists and engineers including environmental chemists, toxicologist, technicians and practitioners. The exhibition area is located between the lecture hall and the poster area, surrounding the area where food for coffee breaks, lunches, and poster sessions will be provided.

Due to space limitations, a maximum of 15 exhibition spaces are available.

Exhibition Space

Each exhibition space will consist of one table (approximately 60x180 cm) and two chairs.

There will be space behind the table for a company banner, which must be provided by the exhibitor. Purchase of exhibition space provides free conference access for 1 delegate and one additional staff member for exhibition booth.


Abstract Book

Advertising in the conference abstract book is an effective way to promote your products and services. Each conference delegate will receive a copy of the abstract book. In addition an electronic version will be provided to the delegates together with a conference bag. All camera-ready artwork must be supplied by the advertiser.

Conference Bags

We can arrange to insert company advertisement in each delegate’s conference bag. A sufficient number of copies need to be supplied by you, two weeks before the conference.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

Opportunities are available to sponsor various parts of both the scientific and social program. All sponsors will be acknowledged in the abstract book and on the conference website. Additional inclusions are listed below.

Scientific Program

Sponsorship of scientific sessions will include:

  • Display of your company logo on a welcome slide in the lecture room prior to the start of the session
  • Acknowledgment by the session chair at the beginning and end of the session
  • Acknowledgement in the conference program listing

Sponsors will be able to elect which session they would like to sponsor on a first come first serve basis.

Keynote Lecture
There will be one keynote lecture every morning of the conference (in total 3). These lectures will be attended by all conference participants.

Price: € 2,000 per keynote

Poster Sessions
There will be two poster sessions – in the late afternoon on the first and second day of the conference. More than 100 posters will be on display. These are highlights of the conference and are attended by all participants. Drinks and finger food will be available.

Price: € 1,500 per poster session

Social Program

Sponsorship of social activities will include:

  • Acknowledgment by the session chair at the commencement of the event
  • Opportunity to display a company banner(s) in prominent areas during the event
  • Acknowledgement in the conference program listing

The organizers welcome other ideas to increase your visibility during these events (e.g., company branded napkins, etc).

Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will be held at BOKU Muthgasse 18 (Conference Venue) on Sunday September 17th, 2017. All delegates are invited to attend and drinks and light snacks will be provided.Price:

€ 5,000 (exclusive sponsorship)

Poster Sessions
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks are scheduled on each day of the conference (7 breaks in total including the YWP Day). Price: € 1,500 per break


Promotion materials

For additional visibility, companies can support different items.

Conference Bags
Each participant will receive a conference bag containing all conference-related materials. Including your company logo together with the conference logo provides an excellent opportunity to promote your company and products. Printing will be arranged by the conference organizers. If you prefer you may also provide your own conference bags.

Price: € 2,000 – 2,500 (depending on type of bag selected)

All participants will be provided with a name badge and accompanying lanyard which they will be required to wear throughout the conference. Lanyards bearing your company name and/or logo should be supplied by the sponsor.

Price: € 1,000

Promotion Materials
Sponsors can elect to have promotional material (e.g., USB sticks, water bottles, pens, CDs, etc) bearing your company name and/or logo inserted into conference bags. Items need to be supplied by the sponsor almost two weeks before the conference.

Price: € 750 per item

All sponsors and exhibitors will be duly acknowledged on the conference website with their logos and links to their websites. Sponsors of more than € 5,000,- will have their logos displayed on the conference landing page. All other sponsors' logos/links will be on the sponsor page.

Please send a copy of your company logo and URL for acknowledgement on the conference website with your completed order.

Upon receipt of the signed order form you will be issued with an invoice. A non-refundable deposit is required immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Full payment must be received by August 1st, 2017.
